julietoye.com was a gift from an old friend who said that a website is a gift for someone who has everything. By everything, he meant that I have a long dual career in writing and psychological services that pleases me, a cool little boy who adores me most of the time, lots of good music and the guts to leave a 23 year old marriage that stopped being a marriage 6 years earlier.

Fictional Fiction...
What I should do with this website was up to me. I can load it with my articles I've published as a free-lance writer, post links to my favorite sites, Kewl Photos, stories about friends and relatives who made news and  others who should. The site could also include updates about mom Laura's liver transplant as well as a page devoted to my son Michael who has Autism.

But under no circumstances, was I allowed to return or not use the gift. The basics have stayed the same since this started. Readership has grown much more than I ever could have imagined. The regulars have stayed and new ones  keep coming.  Can't ask for more!

If you don't know me and stumble on to this site, please drop me an email and let me know what you think.

Sincerely,
Julie Toye
