The total number of documents that were copied for you are 475 and you must remit $118.75 payable to
the Fayette County Treasurer for the copies that you requested. Once payment is received, I will
provide you with the documents.

Good afternoon, Commissioners,
At this time I request a partial refund of a recent RTK payment made to the county. I request a refund
of $108.75.
I requested to receive county prison work group reports and the chief county clerk, as shown in the
following email, provided instructions to pay the treasurer and then get the RTK. I was never told prior
to receiving the RTK answer that I would receive many, many items not requested. I was not given a
choice or asked if I wanted to take all the professional portfolios, bios, state regs, etc., that were
included in that packet.
Please let me know whether I need my attorney to formally request this at a public meeting or if this
request is sufficient.
